  • I spent the first three years of my career as an educator in Private Schools, Coaching Classes, and Home Tuition for CBSE (English Medium) students.
  • I spent two years working as a Data Entry Operator and a few months as a Customer Care Executive in Lucknow.
  • I spent more than five years working as a labourer in an iron and hardware store in Akbarpur, Ambedkar Nagar.

These experiences are not just my history. They are the foundation of my understanding of life. As a labourer, I learned the most about life.

The Journey Behind Pramod Prajapati

एक दिन, जब मैं छोटे-छोटे बच्चों को पढ़ा रहा था, मेरे पढ़ाने से और उनके बीच मेरी उपस्थिति से बच्चे बहुत खुश थे। उन बच्चों के खुशी से झूमते चेहरों को देखकर मेरे अंदर से एक आवाज़ आई—आखिर कब तक मैं इन बच्चों को पढ़ा सकता हूँ?

जब ये बच्चे और बड़े होंगे, जब इनकी उम्र अठारह साल से ऊपर होगी, जब इनके अंदर काम, क्रोध, लोभ, मोह और अहंकार ये सब कुछ प्रबल होंगे। जब ये नौकरी की तलाश में होंगे, जब ये अपने करियर, रिश्तों, स्वास्थ्य, पैसों और जीवन के अन्य बेहद महत्वपूर्ण फैसले लेंगे तब क्या ये सही और गलत में फर्क कर पाएंगे?

मैंने देखा है कि कई बार युवा उम्र में लोग बिना पूरी समझ के, बड़े-बड़े सपनों और भावनाओं के प्रभाव में आकर ऐसे रास्तों पर चल पड़ते हैं, जो उनकी असली क्षमता, कौशल और रुचियों के अनुरूप नहीं होते।

उसी दिन मैंने तय किया कि मैं लोगों को इतना जागरूक बनाऊँगा कि कोई भी उन्हें गलत दिशा में प्रभावित न कर सके, कोई भी उनकी कमजोरी का फायदा न उठा सके, और वे अपने फैसले खुद समझदारी और स्पष्टता के साथ लें।

मेरा उद्देश्य लोगों को अंदर से इतना मजबूत बनाना है कि वे किसी भी तरह के भ्रम या दबाव में न आएँ और अपने जीवन की सही दिशा खुद तय कर सकें।
